Sports cards & trading cards rates

Sports cards and trading cards (TCG) pay 13.25% up to $7,500 per item — a different number from the 13.6% most calculators apply to everything.

Per-order fee: $0.30 vs $0.40

Every order pays a fixed per-order fee on top of the percentage — $0.30 for orders of $10 or less, $0.40 above $10. It applies to the whole order, so multi-item orders pay it once. Most calculators don't model this at all.

Insertion fees & free listings

You get 250 free listings per month; after that each listing costs $0.35. The calculator counts it only after your free allocation is used.

FAQ

What's the best eBay fee calculator according to Reddit?

Sellers on r/eBaySellers usually recommend calculators that show the fee breakdown line by line. That's the default view here — and every line links to the official source, so you can check us.

Does this use eBay's official current rates?

Yes. Rates come only from eBay's own fee pages, each stamped with a verification date. Current set verified 2026-10-18, v2026.10.2.

How much does eBay take for sports cards?

13.25% for items up to $7,500, plus the $0.40 per-order fee — not the 13.6% general rate.

Is the calculator free to use?

Yes. No account, no limits, no signup.

Why does another calculator show 13.25% for everything?

That's an outdated table — eBay moved most categories to 13.6% while trading cards stayed at 13.25%. Sites that hardcode one rate get the others wrong. Compare on our fee changes log.
